Delete your account

You can delete your Building Unity account and data at any time, right in the app or by email.

Delete in the app

1. Open Building Unity and sign in.
2. Tap More, then Settings.
3. Under Privacy & Security, tap Privacy & Legal.
4. Tap Delete My Account.
5. Enter your password, check “I understand this cannot be undone,” and tap Permanently Delete My Account.

Request deletion by email

If you can’t access the app, email kamran@kamrancreation.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Account deletion request.” We may ask you to verify that you own the account before we delete it.

What happens when you delete

• Your access ends immediately, and your account and personal data are scheduled for permanent removal.
• Your partner keeps their own account, but content tied to your couple will no longer be accessible to them. Where shared content has to be kept for your partner, it is de-identified so it is no longer linked to you.
• Any therapist connection ends, and your therapist can no longer access your information through Building Unity.
• We may keep limited records where required by law or for security, such as a log that a deletion was requested.
• Deletion can’t be undone. If you want to use Building Unity again later, you’ll need to create a new account.

Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account. Please use the steps above.
